By accessing or using InterviewPackage, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our services.
👥 1. User Eligibility
- • You must be at least 16 years of age to use InterviewPackage.
- • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
💳 2. Subscription and Payment
- • Subscription to InterviewPackage is priced at ₹99/month, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- • Payments are recurring and processed securely via Razorpay.
- • Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled.
- • No refunds are issued unless in cases covered under our Refund Policy.
🔐 3. Account Responsibility
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- • You agree not to share your account access with others.
- • Any activity under your account will be deemed as conducted by you.
🚫 4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use InterviewPackage for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- • Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary AI system or content
- • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its backend systems
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

- • All content, AI tools, algorithms, branding, and designs on InterviewPackage are the intellectual property of InterviewPackage.
- • You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
⚙️ 6. Service Availability
- • While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- • Planned maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account:
- • For violation of these Terms
- • If your payment fails repeatedly

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
