At InterviewPackage, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-powered mock interviews and communication skill tools to help users prepare for real-world interviews. As our services are digital and subscription-based, please read the cancellation and refund policy carefully.

❌ 1. Cancellation Policy

  • • Users may cancel their monthly subscription at any time from their account dashboard.
  • • Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
  • • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

💰 2. Refund Policy

  • • We offer a no-refund policy on all payments made, including the ₹99/month subscription fee.
  • • As our service provides instant access to digital content and personalized AI-based features, we are unable to offer refunds once the payment is processed.

⚠️ 3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • • Your subscription was activated but you were unable to access the platform due to a verified technical issue
